Dr. Hammond graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and completed extra training post-graduation on Dental Implants, Orthodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry. Hammond has been practicing dentistry since 2002 and recently became partners with Dr. Proctor.
Hammond and his wife, Haley, have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. They love living in the California foothills and being a part of their community through service and activities.
Meet Dr. Hammond
Dr. Nathan J. Proctor grew up in Orem, UT, where he loved the mountains and frequently spent his time rock climbing, biking, hiking, skiing, and camping. After high school, he moved to Peru for two years, where he learned Spanish.
After Peru, Dr. Proctor attended the USC School of Dentistry and graduated in 2012. Post-graduation, he served four years as a general dentist in the US Army stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, and Fort Eustis, VA. While in the army, he completed additional training in ceramic same-day crowns, dental implants, and oral surgery.
Dr. Nathan has been married to his wife, Katie, for 11 years, and they have two boys together. Katie completed culinary school in Culver City, CA, and has worked on several Food Network cooking shows.
Together, they are excited to be living in the Golden State. Additionally, Dr. Proctor is proud to serve the communities of Folsom and Cameron Park alongside Dr. Hammond, DDS.

Dr. Elnaz Sharif lived in Sunny Southern California for 17 years, during which she completed her bachelors and masters degree from UCLA and USC. She graduated from UCLA school of Dentistry and moved to Sacramento with her husband a few years ago.

Dr. Hawkins chose dentistry as a career because he loves to work with his hands and provide much needed healthcare options to patients from all socioeconomic backgrounds. His surgical interests include facial and reconstructive cosmetic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, dental implants, and facial trauma.

As our dedicated Dental Practice Manager, Dana Pare’ brings over 43 years of invaluable experience to our team. Dana began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), serving in that role for 22 years before transitioning into practice management. For the past 23 years, she has been an integral part of Dr. Hammond and Dr. Proctor's practice, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to patient care.
Dana deeply enjoys working with patients, helping them achieve their desired beautiful smiles. She excels at guiding patients through their dental insurance benefits and setting up personalized financial plans, ensuring access to the care they need.
Outside of the office, Dana cherishes time with her grandchildren and dogs. She also loves staying active outdoors, particularly enjoying bike riding.
She completed her extended training at the UCSF school of dentistry. Stephanie is blissfully married and a happy mother of two. Her hobbies include running, boating and camping.
